1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all locksmith services (“Services”) provided by 7 Days Locksmith LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the customer (“you”).
1.2 By accepting a quotation, estimate, or requesting our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you should not proceed with our Services.
2. Provision of Services
2.1 We reserve the right to refuse to provide Services at our discretion.
2.2 Before starting any work, we may request proof of identity and/or proof of authority to authorize the Services. If this cannot be provided, we may refuse to proceed.
2.3 If you are a tenant, it is your responsibility to obtain permission from the property owner or landlord before any work is carried out.
2.4 We may use qualified subcontractors to carry out Services on our behalf. All subcontractors act independently and are not employees of our company.
2.5 We will make reasonable efforts to complete Services within an estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.
2.6 Any information you provide must be accurate. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices will be communicated before work begins and may include labour, parts, and applicable taxes where required.
3.2 Payment is due immediately upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 We reserve the right to adjust the final price if additional work or materials are required, or if unforeseen issues arise during the job.
3.4 Any materials supplied remain the property of the company until full payment has been received.
3.5 Late or failed payments may incur additional charges or interest in accordance with applicable law.
4. Cancellations
4.1 You may cancel a request before we arrive at the location without charge.
4.2 If cancellation occurs after we have been dispatched or arrived on site, a call-out fee may apply.
4.3 Once work has started, cancellation is not possible, and you will be liable for the work already carried out.
5. Liability
5.1 We will carry out all Services with reasonable skill and care.
5.2 We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or any consequential damages.
5.3 We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or structural issues discovered during work.
5.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
6. Warranty
6.1 We provide a limited warranty on workmanship for a period of 12 months from completion.
6.2 The warranty does not cover:
- misuse or neglect
- normal wear and tear
- damage caused by third parties
7. General Terms
7.1 If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
7.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
7.3 Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
